Ondu Onam Sadhya by Dinner by Default

Three women, brought together by a shared love for food, community, and the magic of bringing people around a table. What began with small, intimate gatherings at home, where food and design came together, has now found its way to Onam at Ondu Plate.

For this special evening, Kripa, Varshika and Shruthika are coming together to prepare a generous, home-style Onam Sadhya, filled with the flavours and traditions they grew up around. Expect a spread of classic Kerala favourites including inji puli, mango and lemon pickles, beetroot pachadi, cabbage thoran, olan, avial, kalan, erissery, parippu, sambar, rasam, buttermilk, paalada and pineapple payasam, alongside all the little accompaniments that make a Sadya feel like a celebration.

Lunch, the way Onam is meant to be shared, with a long table, a full leaf, and plenty of food to go around.
