Bought something from Ondu and changed your mind? No worries, da!

 

1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and details of the item.

 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. We’ll review the issue and help arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.

 

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm whether it is eligible for a refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

 

4. Exchange

If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the replacement item has a different value, the applicable difference will need to be paid or refunded.

 

5. Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, the cost of return shipping may be borne by the customer.

If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Ondu Plate will arrange the appropriate resolution.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange due to their nature. Any such exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

 

7. How to Request a Return or Exchange
